  • Responsible to partner with the Client HR on an ongoing basis for all HR acquisition requirements across functions, divisions & locations within the client organization
  • Build a seamless Client Working Relationship by proactively mapping client hiring requirements and implementing the same in the search matrix
  • Understand and Execute Client Hiring Requirements keeping key fitment factors for the role with priority to the critical ones

Develop and Execute Client Mandate Specific Search Strategy


  • Industry, Competition & Out Of the Industry capable talent mapping
  • Conduct Targeted Search. Using relevant social networking tools & advanced database search
  • Candidate contact and fitment evaluation with critical parameters of the search mandate
  • Candidate engagement, consent upon detailed job role discussion and sharing of the profile with Client Organization

Present Relevant Candidates for Client Consideration


  • Schedule & coordinate interviews in all formats (T-Con/V-Con/F2F) across locations at all stages
  • Candidate Counseling at any stage between engagement to on-boarding as may be required
  • Offer negotiation. Including Pay, Variable Pay, Benefits, Perks, Re-Location & DOJ
  • Ensure checks & documentations on selection and enabling offer
  • Ensure on-boarding including providing early signals to clients in case of non-boarding

Ongoing Partnership with Client Organization


  • Understand the long term Client Business/Growth Plans and develop internal HR acquisition strategies accordingly as a continuous process
  • Develop client specific strategies for networking, database development & research. Undertake confidential industry interactions in relevant platforms and groups
  • Develop process of mutual feedback with the Client Organization to continuously improve the specialization and delivery capability in the Client Sector
  • Keep the relationship thriving and growing with mutual benefits to all concerned
